With this program, you can choose what type of workout program you'd like to do, wether that be high intensity training with dumbbell, kettlebell, body weight or functional training. 

Programs are customized and can be adjusted for equipment/gym availability. If you're working out from home and have limited equipment, a program can be created for you with ease. 

This program includes a fully customized meal plan that takes into account your food preferences, allergies, macronutrient breakdown, and more. After purchase, you'll fill out a consultation form and from there we will schedule a video call in order to solidify your new fitness journey.

This program is NOT a recurring monthly subscription. It will not renew on its own unless you purchase another weeks.

After signing up for this program and filling out your information, I'll send you an email with a link to an app where you'll sign-up and see where all your workouts will be kept and updated.

Dumbbell Total Body Conditioning

This Total Body Conditioning program is the ultimate solution for anyone who wants to achieve total-body fitness. This program is tailored to suit all fitness levels, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, This program will help you achieve your goals. This program will guide you through a variety of exercises using dumbbells and jump ropes, to help you build strength, improve your endurance, and take your fitness to the next level.

This program is 4-6 weeks long, challenge yourself with the weights each week or go up in reps with proper form.

Kettlebell Total Body Beginners

My Beginner Kettlebell Training is perfect for those who are new to fitness or kettlebells. Workouts are designed to be fun, challenging, and effective. With this program, you'll improve your posture, build muscle, and increase your endurance. 

 

This is a 4 weeks program

All that is required is a pair of kettlebells.

Women 20-35 lbs and Men 35-50 lbs.
